If you are not having your car serviced here - you're making a mistake. They are timely, fairly priced and excellent people.

In Town Auto Care has changed its name, but their top of the line service is as excellent as it always was. They promptly identified and fixed our station wagon (which had been stalling out on the road without warning) and it now works perfectly. These people are really nice to deal with, and their mechanics know exactly what to do in every case we have ever had with them. Partly due to really smart mechanics, and partly because they have some very accurate diagnostic programs they run on your car to correctly identify the problem. Saves the customer money and time, and they always get it right. Top marks.

After visits to several mechanics - including the dealer - I wrote off my 20 year old dear friend whom I thought had a terminal engine condition - In Town not only saved her - she is running better than ever. Excellent pricing, Excellent Service and highly highly recommended technicians. If you are not having your car serviced here - you should.

I have never in my 30 years of driving had a mechanic provide such excellent service. They were professional and answered all of my questions. The email that shows the diagnosis and the list of things that need attention is wonderful. That helps budgeting repairs easier. Their prices are competitive to the other estimates I received, but their customer service is worth staying with. Thank you!
