First time I used their service. I told them I needed four tires, brakes, and an oil change. They told me I only needed two tires no brakes but an oil change . Very reputable, efficient and honest. They are my new mechanics. If you have a Mercedes, I would absolutely trust them over any other repair center.

My car was on the verge of breaking down. It ran very roughly, stalled and cut off in the middle of the road several times. I had it previously fixed at another repair shop and paid over $700 just to continue having the same issues. I googled auto repair shops near my job so that I could make an easy commute and came across InTown. They were able to immediately diagnose my issue and had my car fixed in a day. They were also very accommodating on assisting me with my transportation needs. I am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them as my mechanic.
