Had some trouble with the locks on my car. Chris was able to get my car in for service the very next morning. By lunchtime that day, my car was repaired and ready for me to pick up. Thanks for your excellent work and customer care!

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Provided detail printout of what was to be done with the service on my 2012 E350 along with a written estimate. Followed up with email including pictures of the car and also called to go over what was found. Completed all service items in a time frame that was very reasonable. I would highly recommend INTOWN for your car service and repairs.

Place is nice, clean and customer friendly. However, price for a diagnostic test is expensive. I believe their specialty is with foreign cars. American cars pricing should not be lumped in with foreign cars.
