The staff is very friendly & professional. They gave me an estimated cost on the phone and, upon completion of the inspection, they actually recommended what I should & should not repair. They are NOT just into getting money out of the customer but want to give a true assessment of whether it’s worth spending the money or not. They also provided me with a complimentary shuttle service. Believe it or not upon completion of the work, my cost came out much cheaper then what they queried initially. I am definitely taking all my car services to them and I highly recommend this place for others.

My first experience with InTown Auto was a great one. I brought my daughter's car in and Mike, Chris, and Matt were very timely with their responses and gave me honest advice on the repairs. I also appreciate their electronic system for giving estimates - clear and easy to read and respond to. I will be happy to use them again.

The care that I received for my Mini from InTown was outstanding. The mechanics did an excellent job. I am also extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received from Matt, Mike and Chris. They were wonderful. They provided me with a much appreciated shuttle ride and the the shuttle driver was terrific. :-) Matt went out of his way to help me in every way that he could and was patient with me and answered all my questions. I am very happy and grateful and look forward to having them service my car in the future.

I was trying to find a place to take our 2014 CC VW instead of a VW dealer. We stumbled upon Intown Auto care and so happy we did. They were professional and squeezed us in for a look at our car. They had our car for a day and a half and fixed everything we needed with a full explanation before any of the work was done. They even picked me up to get the car when I couldn't find a ride. Chris and Matt were great. We now have a dependable place to take our car.
