01/21/2021 We’ve been taking our cars to InTowne Auto Care since 2017. Always have had excellent service! Last visit I took my 2012 Toyota Camry with 180,000 miles in for some much needed repairs. The Owner’s Suzanne and Mike are the best! When they say they’ll treat you like family you can take it to the bank. The Service Writers Chris and Matt wrote up my concerns, produced an Inspection report re the repairs and costs. Most importantly they communicated their concerns in plain english without getting too technical. I don’t know who the mechanic was but he did a great job also. He found a few problems I hadn’t noticed and noted them in the report. The attention to detail was 5 stars! Like he was working on his own car. When I picked up my car, other than the protective paper floor mat, you couldn’t tell that anyone had been in the car…other than the repairs. Everything was properly repaired and placed back where I had it. He even replaced the key fob battery. I had to have the windshield replaced due to a big crack. Again the work was impeccable. Even the Inspection sticker was replaced neatly. This is my second windshield. Last time I had a windshield replaced (at a different place) the Inspection sticker was replaced so sloppily I was actually stopped and questioned by the police. The last thing done was a detail and headlight restoration. Perfect! The car looks great. The paint looks showroom new. The inside was spotless and not overly ArmorAll-ed up liked some shops do. Again all my personal effects, which I forgot to remove as I was in a rush, were placed back where I had them. As they had the car for a few days, InTowne arranged an Enterprise rental car from Enterprise Maple Shade. Enterprise was on time, provided a nice clean car at a good rate, and picked it up at Intowne when I was done. The first trip out the door was a two hour drive up the New Jersey Turnpike. The car was tight! Rode smooth, responsive, and was enjoyable to ride…even up the NJTP!

I recently bought an Audi and needed a couple of parts swapped out and I decided to go to Intown Auto due to their reviews and after speaking with Mike over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt and he gave me attentive and professional service . Work was completed the same day and I was more than pleased with the work . I had my wheels swapped out but they still performed a full inspection with a detailed email with pics of work performed. Along with the professional service and work, they offered a complimentary shuttle which worked out great ! Mike , Suzanne and the team at Intown Auto were outstanding and I will definitely bring back my car to them in the future.

InTown Auto Care is fantastic. Chris has a great deal of integrity and is a clear and responsive communicator. My engine completely died and my factory warranty was no longer covering the car. A diagnostic was run and Chris discovered that there was a chance the manufacturer would cover a total engine replacement due to a problem with the timing chain in models of certain years. Any other place could have taken advantage of me and I’d have had to shell out $5-6k. Instead, Chris recommended I get the car over to the dealership to get looked at. It turns out that the entire cost of what’s essentially a new engine will indeed be covered by the manufacturer. I wouldn’t have known that unless Chris was upfront and honest with me. I just wish the dealership was as organized and competent as InTown Auto is. Highly recommend this place!
