My local mechanic couldn't find the root of the computer-related problem with my Land Rover LR4, and he highly recommended bringing it to InTown Auto Care. So, I drove over an hour to bring my vehicle here for diagnosis and repair. From the first phone call until the day my vehicle was done, the entire staff was amazing. They were knowledgeable and professional as well as extremely friendly & accommodating. They were up front and open about the progress they were making and the recommendations they had for repair. I really appreciate InTown Auto. I found them shortly after purchasing my Audi Q5 back in 2017. Being as it was an Audi, I was nervous to take it to anyone except for the Audi dealer. But I took a chance and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. They have really taken care of me. I feel they truly care. You don’t get that from most repair places. They have done all my routine maintenance and diagnostics/ repairs needed. I have always been pleased with their service. I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend them!!

My father took his car to InTown last week because the Check Engine light had come on. They performed an oil change, fixed the idle, and replaced the radiator, all very quickly and for a reasonable price. My father was particularly impressed with the comprehensive written report with photos they provided detailing the diagnostics and repairs made to the car. He was even impressed with the small touch of a thank you card with a bag of gummy bears courtesy of Kevin, the mechanic. My father and I both take our vehicles there whenever there is an issue, and we are extremely happy with the service they provide. They are always quick, thorough, reliable, and are extremely personable and friendly. We would both highly recommend InTown Auto to anyone looking for good car service.
