My dad found “in town Autocare “ in Moorestown when he saw their ad saying they do general repairs & maintenance on a BMW. I took my car there and told Chris all the maintenance my car needed. He was very nice and helpful, he booked me an appointment right away and I went there next morning to get things done for my car. I’ve never had an experience like theirs before. As soon as they started working on my car, I received a text message and it took me to a link where I saw everything, the work they are doing, what kind of problems my car had, and they also provided pictures of every detail of the problem my car had. Also, not only they did a GREAT JOB, their price is also affordable, I can honestly say whoever owns a BMW or any type of German car does not really need to go to a BMW dealer or any specific dealer to get their car fixed and wait for hours and end up paying more money... Overall, I had a great experience here today, I strongly recommend “in town autocare” to anyone who is not only looking for a great service but also looking to speak to a staff who is very nice and helpful when answering your questions. We love bringing our cars here for service. Their prices and customer service are great! The staff is very nice and very thorough. I love that they send you a report and pictures of your vehicle so you can trust their recommendations.

They kept me in touch by phone and described the need for services I agreed to. Only detriment was not quoting what the specific Cost would be. I am not sure I would have spent what I did for so old a car.--but it is handy to have when we need two cars.

We always get stellar service with wonderful customer service. Work to be done is explained with cost estimates for approval before service is begun. Repairs are timely and done expertly. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
