InTown Auto epitomizes the wonderful relationship between local residents and small businesses that just can't be replicated with large chains. I am a repeat customer at Intown Auto, and I always come in with some car debacle. A minor fender bender, a weird sound, an overdue oil change. They always fit me in, accommodate my lack of second car ( by picking up/dropping my car off at my place of work, or letting me use their loaner!) and have even stayed late to accommodate my long work hours. Recently, with the economic downturn, they were extremely kind and generous in knocking a bit off of an estimate.
