My 2011 BMW 328i decided to start idling rough and making a horrible whining noise. So, I decided to give Intown Auto Care a try because frankly, I was tired of going to the dealership and getting over charged. Well...Mike calls me up and says I will need a new timing chain, gears, and a bunch of other stuff and nearly gives me a heart attack. Not a call I wanted to recieve. The repairs would have cost me thousands but Mike found a way, sacraficed some business for now, and got a BMW dealership to cover all repairs under warranty. Mike took the time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful. Between Mike, Chris, and Angela, you cannot possibly go wrong when service is needed on your vehicle. Not only did they squeeze me into their busy schedule, but they diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and helped me get my car on the right track to getting back on the road. Mike was 100% honest with me from the start and I couldn't be more excited about finding my forever go to place when service is needed for my vehicle. Saving me my hard earned money is what I call a truely honest auto repair shop! -Honesty! It's what everyone that owns a motor vehicle looks for when shopping for service for their vehicle. ✔ -Accuracy of the work needed! It's what I want when an issue is found with my vehicle. ✔ -Friendliness! It's what I hope for when looking for a repair shop.✔ -Beer! It's what I drink when major issues happen with my car. No check here cause they don't sell it, but that's ok, I didn't need all that much because Mike made it right for me! Thank you guys!
