I really appreciate that InTown Auto pays attention to details. Their customer service staff are all pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I also really like that they send you a vehicle service report to include photos and recommendations via email. That report helps me keep track of my car's needs, and it gives the shop credibility. Not only do they tell me what's wrong with the vehicle, but they show me too. I have not complaints so far.
