InTown did a wonderful job on my 2003 Infiniti. It was quite neglected when I got it. After doing the required work , they sent it out and had it detailed (as a Surprise to me !) I highly recommend InTown for any vehicle repairs.

Went there twice. First time, went in to have all 4 breaks repaired. Pricey but great job. About 10 months later my VSA light and brake light came on. I could feel an issue with the breaks. brought it back to the shop and didn't mention that they did my breaks previously. After an inspection, they determined that it was a part that they fixed and they stated that they would repair it under warranty free of charge. All took 1 day and shuttle service to and from work was great. I would highly recommend this shop as they are nice honest people who try to go above and beyond with their service.

Extremely professional and friendly. They were thorough and their reporting was very detailed. Based on past experience at other service centers, their rates are reasonable. A good experience and I would certainly bring my Macan back to InTown for service again.
