First time I’ve ever experienced emailed details about repairs needed and issues to be addressed. Very friendly people. The overnight call line was a life saver. If I’m ever stranded in south Jersey again, this are my go to repair shop.

InTown has been a blessing. Spoke with Mike 2 weeks ago about having my mother-in-law's car checked out before my daughter purchased it (1st car). The fact that I called last minute to get us on the schedule and we were driving it from NJ to Georgia complicated the situation. Mike didn't hesitate. They took care of us from having our rental car waiting at the shop to getting us in / out when they were super busy... I can honestly say I've never experienced such great customer service. Thank you!
