Honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. The two gentlemen that run this shop helped me on numerous occasions over the years they have been taking care of my car (of which I am obsessed) but today was over and beyond. I broke down in the freezing cold. They were my first call and said I could bring it right over. And AAA towed my car to their shop. I thought my transmission or engine had blown because it wouldn’t shift into second gear and there was just no power. I was very anxious and even said I think it’s the transmission or engine; I was panicked because who wants that? They said, it’ll be okay and not to get too stressed until they take a look. Well they started with the battery and thankfully, that’s all it was. They gave me a new battery and restarted all my computer modules and explained why it all happened. All done by lunchtime. For the experience and know-how that exists in that shop, the prices are amazing. I really appreciate knowing they are local and have been there for over 30 years. I highly recommend this shop for your high end import.

To be fair, my past experience with this car repair shop was fine, but that was over a year ago. This new visit was bad from the start: first I came in with some issues that my dealer (where I purchased the car) told me needed to be fixed. In town did not appear to listen to anything I had to say. It was almost as if anything the dealer had to say, they disagreed with. They asked me why I would even take my car to the dealer. Why should I feel defensive in taking my car to a repair shop? They then found new issues with the car through their diagnostics. In all, just checking and not actually fixing my car took 6.5 hours of my day and $200. Not a good experience.

We always confirm a customer's complaint with our own diagnosis and we found the items recommended by the dealer did not need to be replaced at this time. You also asked us to diagnose a Check Engine Light which had just come on prior to your appointment. We gladly said we would check it out, but informed you that it would take some time because we had not allotted time in your appointment for a Check Engine Light diagnosis. With that being said, we gladly drove you to the mall for some shopping and lunch while you were waiting and picked you up when we were finished. After diagnosing your Check Engine Light, you choose to wait on the repair until your bathroom was completed. The $200 fee included a diagnostic fee for the check engine light, a battery and charging system service as well as sales tax. The diagnostic charge for the CEL will be applied towards the repair when you are ready and finished with your home repairs. I hope this clarifies our charges and time spent diagnosing your vehicle properly. Thank you again for your time and please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Was having Check Engine light on and of for a few months and the car running bad then ok and one shop after spending almost a grand told me to go the dealer for my Audi A5 but I checked online for other options than the dealer and saw great reviews for Intown so I went there and they found the problem using the latest diagnostics available and my car has been running like new for 1200mi since the repairs. A little pricey but......
