Best auto care customer service provider I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t drop off my Audi Q5 for service early morning due to other commitments and Intown auto repair offered to pick up my car at home and leave one of their loaner cars for me to use. Who does that? Absolutely amazing and my auto service/repair was top quality and at a reasonable rate. Extremely happy customer.

My feelings about INTOWN CAR CARE are simple---reliable and most importantly to me---honest and trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation.

They are extremely thorough and honest and, although I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, they are great about to taking the time to explain things so that people really know what they're paying for. However, the best thing about this place is Angela, who takes appointments, is the main contact person with customers, organizes the loner car, shuttles customers back and forth, and much more. She is so incredibly kind and personable that it's impossible not to feel good about this place. It really goes to show how far customer service goes :)
