Scott lives locally in Medford. His passion for cars started at the young age of 13 while spending time and working at a local repair shop. He received his certification from Burlington County Vocational Schools in Automotive Technology and is now a Master ASE Technician. His attention to detail and organization are his strong attributes which enhance his technical abilities. When he is not in technician mode, he is kept busy raising four children and teaching his sons to compete and race in tractor pulls. In fact, they proudly display many Blue and Red ribbons!
Joe began his career at InTown Auto Care almost five years ago as our Go-to Shop Helper/Driver. He was inspired by the industry and decided to go to school in the evening at Lincoln Technical Institute to pursue his degree in Automotive Technology. Joe completed his training in 2017 and became our full-time junior technician while furthering his experience in the industry. Joe has grown in many ways and continues to grow his career through assisting the shop foreman and attending specialized training workshops. Joe has recently crossed the bridge and now resides locally in Mt. Holly. He enjoys all the DIY projects associated with his home and always makes time for his family, friends and, of course, his love of animals and sports.
Mike & Suzanne
Suzanne and Mike Dunn have been around cars their entire life. Mike grew up with a Dad that is a car enthusiast and did most of his maintenance himself. Mike followed his interest and attended Pennco Tech where he received a degree in Automotive Technology. He worked for area dealerships and specialty shops before opening his first business in 1986. Suzanne grew up with a Dad as a car enthusiast as well along with an Uncle that owned two repair shops. She studied business management and worked in Administration and Analytical Sales before joining her husband in their automotive businesses. Their top priority is delivering exceptional customer service while educating their customers along the way. They will both go the extra mile to make your experience with them as stress free as possible. They stand by their word and treat you the way they would treat their own mother. They have three children and enjoy family time and exploring new areas in their free time.
Angela is local to the area and born and raised in Merchantville. She is an alumni of Camden Catholic High School and still lives in Merchantville with her lovable cats. Angela has a passion for live music, reading and hiking, but the passion we see here at InTown Auto Care is her extreme level of customer service. No one treats their customers more caring than Angela. You can always count on her! She joined us after many years at a local dealership where she gained experience and exposure to the German automotive market. You can always find Angela with a smile on her face, a warm greeting and ready to help in any way!
Stephanie brings a wealth of customer service experience to our front office. She has managed several high end retail stores in the area. Her love of cars and wealth of knowledge started at a young age growing up with a Dad that built and raced cars as a hobby. She has a solid work ethic and dedication that surpasses most. Although Stephanie left her full time position with us when her second son was born, she is still part of the glue that holds us together. You may see when her vehicles need service, for a friendly visit or to fill in at our service desk when needed. She just can't say good bye forever....and we are so grateful for that!
