Let me sum this up. Upon arrival, everyone seemed great, friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose and fix my car in a good time frame. However, one issue was one of my door latches was locked, rendering it unable to be closed. It just needed to be unlocked, yet they tried to tell me it was “broken” and $650 to fix. I knew it wasn’t broken, so I declined that service. All the sudden their demeanor changed. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, the woman at the desk sounded condescending, and that they “were able to close my car door but do not open it otherwise you won’t be able to close it again due to the latch being broken.” Well, I left, decided to take my chances and open the door. Annnndd….its fine. It was never broken. It’s a fully functioning door. Did they think I would NEVER touch that door again? Why would I ever come back to this place, why should I trust them after such a blatant attempt to charge me for nothing? I would have been a lifelong customer had that not happened, had they been honest. I don’t like to leave negative reviews and truly wanted to see the best, but I felt they were trying to take advantage of me.
