We have had a great experience working with the wonderful people at InTown Auto Care. They are knowledgable, friendly and bend over backwards to help. Most recently, we had a situation where the warning light on our car indicated a coolant leak. They took in the car, did a complete review of the vehicle and found no leak but because the car was under warranty to the dealership they advised us on what to do to minimize our expenses. At the same time, they squeezed in our other car, which needed an oil change, so that we could complete our scheduled road trip. They have been great to work with and we recommend them highly.

I found InTown Auto Care to be a well established and professional shop. In my experience they definitely go out of their way to support and please their customers. My situation was with a Classic Car... a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette that I determined had a fuel pump failure. I stopped by InTown and spoke with Adam and Mike regarding the repair of my vehicle. Although classics are not their usual automotive patients they agreed to tackle the job. I had the car towed and in a day I had a call from Adam confirming it was indeed the fuel pump causing the problem. As this was a classic I asked that an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part be used. Adam agreed and all was set. A day or so later Mike called to say that after some investigation he could find no original pumps for my car readily available. I suggested several specialized car part houses but Mike had already exhausted those providers. He understood my desire for an original part and said not to worry he will keep trying and had messages posted on the internet asking for leads on the fuel pump. It took another couple of days for Mike to locate the pump from a private collector in Florida on the internet. After the pump arrived Mike's team installed it, and my car was returned in great working order. I am happily back to DRIVING the car to fall car shows thanks to InTown Auto Care and Mike's persistence... In Town Aoto Care spent and inordinate amount of time to make a customer happy !!!!
