They have a good service, my 4 stars just because they charge a lot, I compared prices for my Audi Q8, and all repairs were cheaper in official Audi dealer 😅

I had my 2017 RR Sport towed in due to it not starting. From start to finish, Breana was the most caring and knowledgable person I have dealt with in Customer service. You DO NOT GET THIS level of servive from an auto service business. Although my vehicle ended up being a total loss, I gained so much more from this experience with InTown Auto Care. It made me realize, there ARE GOOD people in this world. Taking your car to a mechanic doesn't have to be a bad thing, when you experience customer service on this level. If you had a bad experience here, YOU are the problem.

Extremely disappointed!! Diagnostic cost was double of the Dealership for an obvious problem, the repair estimate was also more expensive than the dealership, and the time to fix it was 3 weeks, due to lack of parts. When they couldn’t fix it in a reasonable time, they wouldn’t waive or reduce the diagnostic fee…… I Towed my car out to a dealership. I will never recommend this shop!!

Before any diagnostic testing begins, we received authorization for up to two hours of testing and explain that this fee is only applied if the recommended repairs are declined. In this case, our technician exceeded the authorized testing time at no additional charge to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Unfortunately, the required part was on backorder overseas, resulting in a three-week wait that was outside of our control. We wish you the best moving forward and are always here if you need us.
They gave a complete detailed assessment of my car - finished the work on time

Great service and a pleasure to deal with fine people
I began using InTown Auto with a simple oil change for my 2016 Terrain. I needed a change in service from the dealership costly experience. I since have had four new tires, four new tire sensors and much needed rear shocks. I enjoy dealing with the service people. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The added bonus is the cost of repairs is so much better than the dealership. Thanks InTown, I recommend you to everyone.

I am more than happy to share my experience with Intown Auto Care. This was my first time coming here and as I told them, I will gladly be back. Unfortunately, I had work done at another shop that wasn’t done correctly which caused my Audi to have some issues. Not only were they able to fit me in as I desperately called last minute, hoping to get answers and my car fixed. The shop manager explained the issue with my car, and came back to reassure me the process of how he fixed it. This was very much appreciated as I like to be kept in the loop with my vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about this shop. They were lovely and kind, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Lesson was definitely learned and I can’t wait for my next visit here.
