Called InTown after the dealership couldn’t get us in until next week. The indicator light popped up on us and we are planning to drive long distance within 48 hour. InTown said they’d fit us in and get it done in time for our long haul, and probably for much less than what we would have paid a dealership. I’d rather give my money to a local business than corporate anyway. Thanks so much for taking us in a new customers. We will return for all our vehicle needs. They even left me a thank you note card and gummy bears on my dash!

I have used InTown Auto twice now, and I have had a very pleasant experience both times. They have been friendly, and professional. All the charges where reasonable. They've also been very communicative and willing to work with my strange schedule.

Always a positive experience at InTown. Staff is always polite, courteous and professional. I needed a state inspection this time and they got me in and out quickly.
