I was very impressed by how quickly they serviced my vehicle and how communicative they are. At InTown, they sent my pictures and/or detailed explanations of the problems with my vehicle, AND called me to explain such on the phone. It was nice to have the photos/written reassurance so I didn't have to wonder if I was being taken advantage of - and they got me in quickly when it was hard to get my car in elsewhere. I highly recommend bringing your car here if it needs any sort of servicing. :)
