Had a problem another auto repair shop could not find. Brought it to ITAC and One day later the problem was diagnosed and a fix was found. The fix turned out to be warrantable by a dealer even though the vehicle was more than seven years old. Saved me money and even supplied the part number I needed. Nice friendly people who have the customers interest in mind.

We were traveling in the area for a softball tournament when we started having issues with our brakes. It was a Friday afternoon right after the 4th of July, 4:30pm. We were desperate to find a garage because there was no way would make it the five hour trip back home. The garage was so accomodating. They were getting ready to close and are not open on Saturday. They tried to help us find another garage that would be open on Saturday but had no luck. One of their mechanics offered to stay late and do our brakes on Friday night. The owners and all the workers were so nice to us. The fee was very reasonable and we were able to continue our weekend. Thanks so much!!!!
