Thanks for taking good care of our 16 year old. She's running great again! After having several other shops try to fix the A/C over the last few years. The A/C is now cold and steady.

I had an issue where my Chrysler 300 was stuck in "park." This was the 3-day Memorial weekend. The shop was closed so I left a voicemail and 5 minutes later I got a phone call from one of the owners. I found out later that he was on a family vacation in South Carolina and could have easily waited until Tuesday when the shop opened for normal hours to call me back. Instead, he had one of his technicians (who was also on vacation with his family) show up to see what could be done. They care enough to take time out of their respective holiday vacations to help a customer out of a jam. I was VERY amazed with this level of customer service and I'm now a "customer for life"!!
