It is always a pleasure to deal with Mike and his staff. They are totally committed to providing quality work with great customer service. My last "experience" during the Blizzard weekend was no exception!

We recently had to have major repair work on our car and were considering trading it in... We were unhappy about that thought since we loved our car and were hoping to get more mileage on it. After talking with Mike, he reassured as that he and his crew would try their best to meet our needs and repair the areas that needed fixing. Throughout the ordeal, Mike was very professional, reassuring, and made us feel that there was still a good reason for keeping our car.
