Great family owned business with exceptional service right ‘In Town”. Who could ask for more!

Just great and honest people here. My sons 2016 Audi needed a right axle, oil change, tire rotation and some other routine maintenance. Everything got done in a timely matter and more important the total was approximately $1400. Last year my son had the left axle replaced at a dealership near his college and that ended up costing us $4800! Huge price swing for the same thing. Obviously a bunch better deal at Intown auto. I will be servicing his Audi and my BMW for sure in the future at Intown auto

I had such a positive experience at 'In Town Auto" I'll never go anywhere else. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained what was causing multiple oil leeks in my car (in words I could understand). I was very happy with the work they did. A few days later I had trouble getting the car in gear. They determined there was a problem with the transmission. They said that since they couldn't be sure if it was the result of something they did, they would take responsibility for it. My car is 14 years old; I believe my transmission"s time was up, but they insisted on taking care of it. I am impressed with their level of integrity.

Complete ABS system repair & program. Honest with time expected, & time finished. Checked brake system thoroughly to determine problem. Brakes actually work now. Easy to work with. Will be a return customer.

I called this place after a bad experience at Romano's Service Station around the corner. I only needed my vehicle inspected but I have to say that Briana was extremely polite and everyone I interacted with while there was as well. They had a woman who needed to be transported home and she wasn't even waiting more than 5-10 minutes. Briana came out to the waiting room to apologize and let her know that the driver wouldn't be there for another 15 minutes so her father (who I'm assuming is the owner) was going to drive her home. Not even 2 minutes later, he came into the waiting area and immediately said hello to the three of us who were waiting in a very uplifting tone. The point is, the customer service here was impeccable and that is VERY HARD to find in today's world. I'm kind of old school and have seen the level of customer service drop in our world over the past two decades. I have a backyard mechanic who takes good care of my vehicles but doesn't have a lift and few jobs that he cannot do. Well In Town Auto Care has just gained a customer in me if I ever need something taken care of that my guy cannot do. Thank you Briana for the wonderful experience and great job In Town!!!

Easy and fast appointment. Fair price and fabulous service.

Confirmed that the vehicle has a broken timing chain guide. Also found metallic particles floating in the oil. Shop personnel was very pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my needs.

I used InTown Auto Care for the first time this week to service our 2018 BMW X1. I could not be more satisfied with the excellent work they did. InTown was very thorough in their inspection of the car and very fair in the cost of the repair. I will definitely use InTown again.
