Thanks to Mike and the team at INTOWN for diagnosing and resolving my engine problem. They are meticulous in their methodology and employ knowledgeable and skilled technicians. They have very good follow up skills to validate their work. Great customer service. We're new to the area, and since I don't have the knowledge, skills or tools to diagnose or repair my cars, it's important to build a relationship with a local shop that I can trust and charges a fair price for their work. I am very happy with the work you did on my truck. I feel safer driving the truck with the new brakes and the front end parts you installed. As you know there are still some issues with the truck. There is still a shake or shimmy when driving at low speed and at highway speeds. I plan on making an appointment to have you road test the truck to see if you can track it down.
