This place was great and has real customer service I hadn't encountered in a long time. I went in to get my headlight bulb replaced and even though they didn't have the kind I wanted, they were able to point me to another place that did.

We took our Land Rover Defender in for service for the first time and were very pleased with the professionalism, communication, and personable staff. We were given a reasonable estimate for the services to be completed and updated on the progress of the maintenance throughout the process. The work was finished when promised and the price was lower than the estimate since not all services were needed at this time. Everyone we encountered was easy to work with, pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to doing business with InTown Auto Care again.
