I have a Volvo and usually take it to the dealer. The dealer was backed up for over a week and I had to call them twice to get someone to talk with me. InTown gave me a two-days later schedule and did the work I needed done for the same price or a little less. They also looked at the future work the dealer told me was needed and explained why some of it simply wasn't necessary at this time, using diagnostics they could show me on screen. I'll keep working with InTown now.
