My problem happened Monday evening, called Tuesday morning, was able to come in Wednesday and the car was fixed Friday. Chris and Mike are very friendly and polite which goes a long way toward creating a welcoming environment. I am sure that if I called or just showed up with a serious problem their first question would not be, "Do you have an appointment?" it is so refreshing to find a business that wants and appreciates your business.
