Great Service!

Called for a price to mount and balance tires on new wheels. Was told we cannot install your tires cause of our warranty yet the tread wear warranty is not through the shop and through the manufacturer. Then asked if I could get a price for the tires buying from them and was told I had to bring the car in. I don’t understand why bringing the car in has anything to do with me wanting to replace all 4 tires and alignment. And I was told the same thing, we don’t give estimates over the phone. Not like you had to inspect anything for an accurate estimate. I give you the tire size you give me the quote. Very simple. I called here because off the stellar reviews but honestly, after running a shop for years this is not a good way to do business.

Incredibly kind staff and expert work. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic as I didn't want to go to my local car dealer. I was provided with an in depth report of my whole vehicle, complete with an estimate MUCH lower than the OEM. I'll continue to have my mercedes serviced here.
