Hands-down the most professional, efficient, customer service oriented auto repair facility I’ve ever used. Traveling out of state back to my home in Massachusetts, my car broke down on route 95 and had to get it towed to a local auto repair facility. While waiting for the tow truck, I looked through local facility reviews online to try to find the best possible location with no knowledge of the area. I decided on this particular one, and it turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. From the very start of my interaction, I received indications of how my experience might go. After contacting this facility and letting them know I would be towing my car there for repairs, a representative called me back 45 minutes later, to make sure I was OK since I hadn’t shown up to the facility yet. After arriving, they immediately arranged for me to have a rental car delivered in order to expedite my continued travel. The next day, I received a phone call providing me an estimate, followed by a digital readout to my email. I asked if they could expedite my repairs within five days as I would be returning from my trip. Four days later, I received a call telling me my repairs were complete and my car was available for pick up. Bottom line: I normally do not write reviews of this nature or length, just to promote a positive review for a business. However, in this case, I was so struck by the professionalism, incredible customer service, and just general kindness of the staff, that I felt it necessary. Set aside how this review or any review will help this business, do yourself a favor and afford them the opportunity to provide you an auto repair experience like none other.
