This was my first visit to their shop. I went there for a NJ state inspection. Everyone was very polite. The appointment and completion times were exactly as they promised. A very nice experience.

Best auto service experience ever. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned to Chris that there was a rattling noise and asked them to check it out. I received an email with colored pictures showing me what the problem was, exactly what needed to be done and the price. Not only that, they shuttled me home and picked me up when the car was ready. You can’t beat this kind of service.

The team at "In Town" solved a serious problem with my AUDI which no one else wanted to tackle. They were extremely professional and thorough from the EMAIL, complete with photos detailing the work to be done, through the entire repair process. They are terrific!

This was my first experience with Intown Auto. Mike and Chris were able to schedule an appointment for my VW Jetta in a timely manner and had me bring it in prior to the appointment so they could make sure my car was safe to drive. This was very reassuring. The problem was quickly identified and repairs completed ! Needless to say... I will be returning for future auto maintenance. Many Thanks!!
