Had my Ram 1500 in for them to verify brakes and rotors were bad before spending a fortune at the dealer to have them replaced. They also noticed my pH was off in my coolant, a sign of replacement. They had my truck by 9am and were done with it by 2pm. The best part was the proof of issues with pictures verifying the work needed done. Great and friendly staff who have earned my business!

My recent experience with InTown Auto Care was quite positive. I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi S7 which needed a 40,000 mile service. I did my research with two local Audi dealerships. Then I called InTown and spoke to Chris. His service included everything on the list matching the two dealerships, and his price was far more reasonable! Kevin, my mechanic, was thorough and professional. When I picked the car up I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike who couldn't have been a nicer guy. 30 years of being in business tells you something. I'm from the "old school" where a hand shake means everything and I got that feeling the minute I walked through the door. If you're not using InTown Auto Care, you're doing yourself a disservice.

I have lived all over the US and I have always had issues locating a good Electrical Mechanic. I took my 2002 Dodge Durango in for a battery drain problem that had been plaguing me for years. I had taken the truck to several shops and no one could fix the issue. I spent hundreds of dollars on Batteries, computer, alternator, you name it. Then I found Mike's shop Intown auto. Not only did the Mechanic fix the issue, he even went one step further fixing my drivers side electrical seat which had never worked, drove me nuts and did this without me asking. Awesome work guys! I cannot say enough about the quality work these guys do.
