Everyone at In Town Auto Care, is very kind and very professional. The service was good and price was reasonable. Chris was very helpful and kept me informed throughout my repair. They also provide a shuttle service. I would definitely recommend this repair shop.

My problem happened Monday evening, called Tuesday morning, was able to come in Wednesday and the car was fixed Friday. Chris and Mike are very friendly and polite which goes a long way toward creating a welcoming environment. I am sure that if I called or just showed up with a serious problem their first question would not be, "Do you have an appointment?" it is so refreshing to find a business that wants and appreciates your business.

New to the area and was looking for a local trustworthy mechanic. I am thrilled to have found Intown auto! Reliable and honest which is extremely difficult to find in a mechanic. Big companies often rip you off and describe things you don't understand and don't need. Not Intown, they broke down everything I needed in words that I could easily understand. Mike the owner was very patient with me and worked with the budget I had. His team took care of the items that were most important and provided me with anything else that can safely wait. I almost spent over $1000 at Hyundai on a part that wasn't even causing the noise I was hearing. Intown was able to pinpoint it. They get to know your car but YOU as a client as well, building a relationship which is so important. Very grateful to them and the staff!

Chris and Mike were two of the nicest guys I’ve met and they were very professional. I found Intown because I didn’t want to get ripped off by the dealership, and my bill ended up being half what I expected it to be! Great business and better people, would highly recommend!
