The staff and owners at InTown Auto Care are amazing. They provided me with such a wonderful customer experience. I had some repairs done by them back in February and was so pleased by the outstanding service and customer service that I received that I brought my car back to get some additional work done by them in March. Mike and Suzanne are wonderful people and their staff (Matt and Chris) were excellent and went above and beyond. The mechanic did an incredible job also. Everyone went out of their way to be warm, friendly and so kind and helpful to me. I am so very pleased and will continue to bring my Mini Cooper back to InTown Auto Care.

Mike and Suzanne really put my concerns at ease. The price for the work on my Mercedes was very fair and Mike was happy to deal with me contacting him almost daily to try and figure out what we could do to get problems resolved.
